Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. For example, prescriptions ordered on Friday will be ready on Tuesday afternoon.
If you have asked for the prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy, please allow extra time for this to occur as some local pharmacies do not do daily collections from the practice.
Going away on holiday or work? Please be aware that you can collect your prescription from any pharmacy in England that is live with electronic prescribing - you just need to inform our practice of the name and location of your nominated pharmacy when you make the prescription request -
BUT PLEASE REMEMBER to ensure that you inform us when you wish to change your nominated pharmacy back to your 'usual' place as we cannot make 'one off' changes!
