Complaints and Compliments

Everyone in the practice team welcomes feedback from our patients to help us improve our service.    Please speak to your doctor, nurse, a receptionist or practice manager if you have anything (good or bad) that you would like to tell us about your experiences at the practice.

We make every effort to give the best service possible, however we are aware that occassionally there can be problems, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received, please contact the practice manager. It helps if you can be specific about the issues as possible, and for that reason, we encourage patients to put their complaint in writing wherever possible.

Our Practice Complaints procedure fulfils the NHS criteria and a copy of our leaflet is available from the practice, or can be downloaded here Complaints Leaflet
