Every patient has a named 'Usual' doctor who is responsible for overseeing the care provided.   Please ask if you are unsure of the name of your 'Usual GP'.

Patients will be offered the next available appointment with their ‘usual doctor’ where possible. We recommend that you try to consult the same doctor each time, particularly for ongoing problems as this improves the continuity of care and may help reduce the number of times you will need to visit the doctor.

If you are not happy with your allocated Usual GP you may request a change and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
